Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

For ready stock items, we accept return requests within 7 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

Custom Products

Custom jewelry, custom logo items, personalized products, and custom packaging orders are made according to your request. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order after receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as sending the wrong item or a defective item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom jewelry

  • Personalized items

  • Custom logo products

  • Custom packaging orders

  • Worn or used jewelry

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items, unless required by applicable law
