For custom products, final details should be confirmed before production begins.

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. For custom jewelry, custom logo products, or small-batch orders, production may begin only after all required details and payment terms are confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing, product information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable concerns.
Custom Orders
Custom jewelry, personalized items, custom logo products, and custom packaging orders are made according to your request.
Please carefully confirm all design details, spelling, logo files, materials, sizes, quantities, and other specifications before production.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has started, it usually cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Some items may be limited stock or made to order. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss a replacement, waiting time, store credit, or refund.
