Ready stock orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom jewelry, custom logo items, and custom packaging orders may require additional production time. The final production and shipping timeline will be confirmed before or after your order, depending on the project details.

Shipping time depends on your destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery service.
Estimated delivery times may vary. Delays may happen due to customs checks, holidays, high shipping volume, or other situations outside our control.
International Shipping
We support international shipping to many countries and regions.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Froster is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help check with the shipping carrier when possible.
However, Froster is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier service issues, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package, product, and shipping label.
